Weddings

1: A guide to our wedding prices is published on our website. This is a guide price and may be subject to change following a more detailed discussion of your requirements. This quotation is valid for 14 days after issue. Our seperate delivery charge includes delivery of wedding flowers to the bridal party on the morning of the wedding and delivery / setup charges at the ceremony location and removal of hired items from the ceremony location (where agreed). It does not include removal of the items from the church/ceremony room to your reception venue. If you wish to avail of this service please let us know in advance. 

2: If you wish to proceed and book our services for your wedding date, a non refundable €100 booking fee is required to hold and book your wedding date. This should be paid within 14 days of receiving your quotation. Please complete and the return the booking form. Once paid a legally binding contract is formed. Unfortunately we are not in a position to comfirm your wedding until the booking form has been completed and returned. If your booking form and deposit is not received within 14 days, your wedding date will be released.
This booking fee will be subtracted from your final wedding bill. If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding, this deposit is non-refundable. 


3: Once your wedding date is booked with us, we will contact you 6 - 8 weeks before your wedding day to finalise the arrangements and discuss any last minute changes. 

4: All wedding consultations are by appointment only. The initial consultation is complimentary. Further requests for consultations may be charged. 

5: Any changes made to a wedding order must be submitted in writing by the bride, groom or appointed acting party this is limited to a maximum alteration of 10% of the original booking total. Alterations can be made to your order up to 6 weeks before the wedding date. Changes can only be substituted with items of equal value unless a prior agreement was in place. We will however try to make small changes where possible to accommodate your needs. 

6: As fresh flowers and foliage are living products, there are occasions when certain varieties may be unavailable or there may be variations in colour and size. Whilst every effort is made to source flowers accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a particular type of flower. All fresh flowers and foliage are subject to availability and stringent quality checks. Our flowers come directly from The Netherlands and sometimes on rare occassions, the quality may not be of the standard we demand at West Clare Flowers. It may be necessary to use a similar flower in place of the previously chosen flower. 

7: The balance of payment for your wedding flowers must be paid in full a minimum of 14 days before the wedding date to enable us to order your flowers. Payments received after this date are subject to a €50 administration charge. Payments can be made by Cash,  Bank Transfer or PayPal (subject to 5% surcharge)
West Clare Flowers reserves the right to cancel any wedding flower booking if payment is not made in full by this time. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.  

8: Prices quoted will take into consideration a premium for weddings occurring on dates surrounding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas & New Year. Set Package prices are not valid for these times.

Cancellation 
Cancellations must be made in writing by the bride or groom & a cancellation request form completed. Once received an invoice for any fees due will be issued, this must be paid within 14 days of receipt in order to cancel your contract. Until payment is received the contract remains in place.

Any cancellations made up to 90 days from the wedding date: Deposit forfeited.

Any cancellations ,made up to 14 days from the wedding date. Deposit forfeited and full balance payable with no refunds issued

Fresh Church Arrangements are standard size & contain the florists choice of in season flowers in a maximum of three colours to compliment your chosen colour scheme. Options are set however extra colour/s, larger sizes or specific flowers / designs can be added at additional cost. 
 

All prices quoted exclude delivery charges. The delivery charges will be calculated on the distance from West Clare Flowers and to your specified locations. Delivery will be to two locations only brides location & ceremony venue. If you wish to have flowers re-located from your ceremony venue a seperate delivery charge will be incurred.
